Do You Provide Samples
Unfortunately we do not. However when ordering what you see on screen is exactly what you will receive. Please be careful that text and photos are positioned correctly so as not to be cut off. We also offer a 30 day money back guarantee to make sure you are 100% happy with your order.
Do You Provide Envelopes With Cards?
Yes! All our cards come with envelopes as part of your order.
Minimum Order
There are no minimum orders. You can order 1 card or 1000 or mix and match items.
Bulk Discounts
We offer bulk discounts on all our products. You don’t have to order multiples of the same design, as long as the product type is the same you can benefit from our bulk order discounts.

The 4 Stages of Order Status

Pending: We have received your order and are in the process of manufacturing it.
Processed: Your order is in the creation phase or is awaiting shipment.
Shipped: We have queued your order for shipment. In the case of traceable packages, a tracking number is issued at this point. Please keep in mind that if your order was queued for shipment after standard shipping times (6PM PST) or on a weekend, then it was not put in transit until the following business day.
Cancelled: Your order has been formally cancelled within our system. If you are unsure why your order has been cancelled, please contact Customer Support.

Domestic shipping rates
Zazzle offers 3 easy shipping options for orders shipped within the US. You can choose from Express, 2-3 Day and Standard shipping services. If you need your order ASAP, Express shipping will deliver it to you in 1 business days from the date of shipment (after manufacturing). Please allow 2-3 business days for our 2-3 Day Service, and 4-7 business days for Standard. Available shipping options will vary depending on the product type, quantity ordered, and address type.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase,
you can return it for a full exchange, credit or refund within 30 days of receipt (regardless of
customization)

Tracking # not active
Tracking numbers do not become active on most of our courier’s websites until after the delivery drivers pick up and scan the packages. In most cases, the initial tracking information will not show up in their online tracking systems until the packages have reached the main sorting facilities (generally after 8:00pm P.S.T. on the day they are picked up).

Please refer to your Order Status page or your Shipping Confirmation email to see when the package was queued for shipment from our production facility.

International shipping/taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (when placed through Zazzle.com**). Fees charged depend on the country of delivery, and must be paid to the local tax authority upon receipt of your package. Zazzle is currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Because there are so many variables in generating a basic shipping quote, we recommend that you place a mock order to get the most accurate pricing figure.
You need not make any purchase to do so.

Placing an Order

Modify or cancel an order
Once an order has been finalized through the checkout process, the products themselves cannot be modified. However, you are free cancel your current order to make modifications and resubmit the order, as long as the order is still in “pending” status (and has not yet entered our production stream).

Typically, you have 2 hours from the time your order was placed to cancel the order (through your Zazzle account) and make any changes you deem necessary. Canceling your order in this manner will automatically add the cancelled items back to your shopping cart where you can make edits (by clicking on the thumbnails of the items you wish to change, making the edits, and then re-adding it to the cart).

What content is acceptable?
We would like for everyone to enjoy all the products that Zazzle has to offer. We fully respect the rights to free expression, and are thrilled that Zazzle products enable people to express themselves fully in the real world.

To ensure that Zazzle continues to be enjoyed by everyone, we have a few rules that we ask for everyone to abide by. The following content is not permitted at Zazzle:

No text or images that infringe on any intellectual property rights including, but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and rights of privacy/publicity
No text or images of obscenity, pornography or nudity that is not artistic in nature
No text or images that encourage or glorify drug use/abuse
No excessive violence
No content that is libelous or defamatory
No content that can reasonably be viewed as harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful
No hate speech
No content that can reasonably be viewed as discriminatory based upon race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability
No content that violates or encourages anyone else to violate any law

Any products that are deemed unacceptable by the rules above, or deemed offensive or in bad taste at the sole judgment of Zazzle will have the products cancelled and removed from the Marketplace with or without notice.
